As an in-house Web Developer at PerfectServe, you will be responsible for the management, maintenance and technical/UX growth of our website(s), focusing on conversion rate optimization and exceptional user experience. This role reports to the Director of Digital and Content and will work hand-in-hand with our marketers, designers, and project managers. We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of WordPress, and Web Builders like Elementor. You've built your own themes before and you're up-to-date with the latest and greatest trends and technologies. You must be able to code custom modules according to coding standards and best practices. Candidates will often be required to handle backend tasks such as website migration, staging, and production environment management. You enjoy exploring and building web experiences that push the envelope. Responsibilities Theme update and development for Wordpress Website migration and consolidation Security checks and updates for websites Integrate 3rd party extensions, plugins and API into websites Provide accurate timeline for site development Identify and clean up malware infected websites Quality check websites developed by other developers Provide alternatives when making recommendations and solutions Evaluating code and schema to ensure they meet industry standards and are optimized for performance, including page speed Creation and maintenance of landing pages for specific project and vertical promotion Stay current and make recommendations around new developments in software, trends, and practices Collaborate with other team members to achieve desired outcomes Qualifications Expertise in HTML, CSS, & JavaScript Proficiency using Wordpress CMS Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development 3
years experience maintaining a WordPress site Experience creating/updating WordPress and themes Interested in UI/UX and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Good understanding of SEO Take ownership of mistakes and be willing to adapt and learn from them Strong communication skills with internal colleagues and external partners. offers unified healthcare communication solutions to help physicians, nurses, and care team members provide exceptional patient care.
