Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages to customers - Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and customer service principles - Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and order accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and drink recipes - Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations in the food industry Please note that previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is required.
